Lo Fi Wines
Lo-Fi Wines was founded on the ideals of sustainable viticulture, a natural approach to winemaking and expression of terroir. As two Sydney sommeliers we have been exposed to the undeniable movement of minimal intervention wines. We wanted to represent a group of winemakers working like artisans, crafting unique, individual wines each year. The term "Lo-Fi" refers to a sense of restraint and patience during winemaking. Our portfolio pays homage to small, family run wineries that create handcrafted wines with honesty and care. Our aim is to provide exposure to what we think are some of the most exciting and interesting wines currently made.
