A blend of two blocks, block 3 picked earlier and aged in Amphora, and block 4 aged in barrel. Late April harvest a with a small amount of botrytis. Fermented long and slow with full malo. Direct and tight initially with keen acidity, opening out on the palate with lemon balm and florals.
