ChardonnayPiccadilly Valley Chardonnay at 550m above seal level, barrel fermented, lees stirred and then bottled with a minimum of fuss. Kept simple to allow the fruit and vineyard to shine through. Rich and full of stone fruits, pears, nuts and subtle oak in the background. Finishing off with some of that great cool climate acidity to keep it all fresh on the finish. 20PPM SO2 added at bottling.
