LambruscoAnother rendition of Lambrusco, this time the still red, put-it-in-the fridge version. Picked at Rosé ripeness, this was a split 50/50 and fermented half as whole berries and half carbonic maceration for 2 weeks with a further week crushed as whole bunches. Dark purple ruby, floral, fresh red berries and that trademark Lambrusco earthy spice. Made to be chilled down and drunk as the slightly more heavy duty alternative to the Vini Misti. Don't be deceived by the immense colour though, this wine is deceptively fresh and zippy.
