100% Ciliegiolo from the lowest vineyard site southeast exposure with sandy soils at an elevation of 360-385 meters. After a long maceration on skins (6 weeks) the wine ages for 12 months in ceramic eggs to preserve fruitiness and brightness. No filtering or fining and minimal sulphur additions as necessary.
