100% Slarina, a relatively recently rediscovered local red variety from Monferrato. Destemmed and macerated for 2 weeks then pressed to concrete for 12 months. A deep red, medium-bodied wine that is soft, elegantly balanced and beautifully perfumed. With air this wine opens up and reveals its floral, musky notes with clove and red berries.
