    Slarina, Baratuciat

    95% Slarina and 5% Baratuciat (a rare local white variety). Direct pressed Slarina macerates with the skins of the Baratuciat for 5 days and is then racked to concrete for 6 months. A pretty deep-pink rosato with a nose of blood orange and a lovely Campari-like palate of citrus, minerals and spice, with refreshing acidity.
