    Nebbiolo from young vines planted on the clay slopes next to the Cascina. After three weeks of fermentation on the skins, it rests for 21 months in concrete. Hazy ruby in the glass, with rose petals and earthy notes, fine tannins and a surprising minerality for the variety. Compact, elegant and silky. 13% ABV, 30ppm SO2.
