This is a herbal, complex Grüner Veltliner that comes from 40 year old vines. The grapes are crushed by foot and fermented spontaneously in large barrels, with some barrels containing unpressed grapes. The wine spends 1 year ageing in oak and is bottled without fining or filtration.
