Sangiovese Blend
The 55 year old original vineyard planted by Dante's family. A traditional Chianti-style planting of 80% Sangiovese and the remainder made up of Malvasia Nera, Colorino and Canaiolo. All harvested together and after a long maceration in concrete, the wine was aged for 36 months in large Slavonian oak.
