PIAK! refers to the smacking sound your lips will make when you taste a sip. Intended for early drinking and experimentation, the 2020 Rosé is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Blanc de Noir Cabernet Franc and gently pressed Grolleau. All combined in tank and on lees for 3 months before bottling early with minimal SO2.
