Chenin Blanc
A delicious Pet Nat from mostly Chenin Blanc with a touch of chardonnay. The earlier-maturing Chardonnay is picked first, starts fermentation and is later joined by the Chenin. When the time comes (reaching the right sugar levels for fermentation), the must is sealed in bottle and left to naturally finish and finally disgorged. A dry, taut and aromatic Pet Nat, just the way we like them.
