Organically grown Pinot Gris, carbonically macerated and thrown in with Pinot Noir Rosé to make a Pet Nat. Soft and delicate with earthy undertones and beautiful natural acidity. Fruit driven with a savoury edge. In our mind it's Andrew's best Pet Nat to date.
