Age of Vines: 7 years old Soil: Slate and Quartz A new cuvee for 2023, Eugenie is the first wine from a high density vineyard of PIWI hybrid-crossed varieties planted by Ed and Steph in 2018. Nestled in trees, bushes and herbs, caressed by bees, tended by many hands, cared for by their horses. Delicate, gentle and expressive white wine. Grapes were manually harvested, destemmed and saw 4 days maceration on skins, fermentation in Austrian oak barrels and aged 10 months in Austrian oak barrels.
