Chenin Blanc/Grolleau Noir
Canine has undergone quite the transformation. Just over half the wine is Chenin Blanc from 1955 vines. Unfortunately the vines had a tough year with early season frosts reducing yields. So as it was Baptiste took his oldest black Grolleau and pressed it directly to barrel where it stayed for fermentation. This wine is lively, with acidity to burn, a delightful rendition of this electric cuvee.
