Château Chalon is one of Jura's notorious AOCs, producing wines of great character and intensity, made with 100% Savagnin. This was on its way to becoming a vin jaune, but after scrupulous tasting, was bottled with just 4 years of sous voile aging. Rich, savory, yeasty and racy, this is a wonderful version of classic oxidative Savagnin.
