Made from fruit harvested in the incredibly steep Mullay-Hofberg vineyard that stretches for nearly a kilometre along the river Mosel, this is an incredible dry sparkling Riesling that through terroir and long ageing in foudre and then on lees in bottle, delivers a spicy, mineral and very fine display of the power of the vineyard. A very serious wine for the price.
