A light bodied and elegant expression of Central Otago Pinot. 70% whole bunch, 2 weeks on skins, finished ferment in tank before racked to neutral oak. This evolution balances whole bunch and destemmed fruit, increasing the richness in the mid-palate. Crunchy, energetic, yet composed. Unfined and unfiltered. 12.5% ABV.
