    Gamay Blend

    A blend of three grape varieties: Gamay (60%) - Cabernet Franc (35%) - Grolleau (5%) - Maceration and fermentations occur separately on each grape variety. 7-8 days whole bunch maceration before pressing. The blend is assembled the following spring when all the fermentations are finished. Structured yet light.
