The Lumiere has really hit its stride this year. 100% Syrah with a short 6 day maceration, a mix of whole bunch and hand de-stemmed fruit to keep the wine light and floral. No working of the wine or any additions. Bright, crunchy Syrah, beautiful with a chill.
