Pinot Grigio from the organically managed vineyard of Michael Petrucci & Jim Zerella. Planted in 2008, 65m ASL, alluvial loam and gravels to depth. Direct pressed, cool ferment to retain absolute freshness. Kept on fine lees in tank for 6 months, bottled unfiltered & unfined with 3Oppm. Clean bright Pinot Grigio with notes of Nashi pear and fennel.
