Pinot NoirPinot Noir from the Peters creek vineyard, one of the highest in the McLaren Vale GI. This vineyard straddles the Adelaide Hills and McLaren GI and is extremely cool and windy. A mixture of clones. It produces Pinot Noir of great depth. A mixture of de-stemmed and whole bunches, on skins for 2 weeks. Aged in a mixture of old french barrels and tank for 9 months. Not filtered or fined and minimal S02.
